Earlier in the month, I had asked for help styling a dress for a friend's wedding. The white linen blazer I purchased as a topper was too long, so I ended up throwing a black shrug over my shoulders at the reception in the air con. The black shrug called for a bookend shoe of some substance, so the Michael Kors black patent cage heels got to come out and play. My new silver geometric BCBG clutch filled in nicely. DH wore lavender and grey, which works well with his hair and coloring. The other pics are out of order (must be because I'm posting from my phone) but include the view from the reception of our fab sunset last night. The only pic I got without the shrug was a selfie in the car, so apologies!
