WIW Thur am - walking, still hot EDIT: pm edition, cooler ;)

I got a ride to the store this morning with the BF on his way in to work. Barely brushed my teeth, let alone makeup. Thought it might be cool enough to try my sheer stripe top since it was before 10am. WRONG. Only 11 minutes from store to home but, ugh. Another few weeks until I can put on more than a tank still.
No time to think about jewelry, either. But I'm fairly happy with this throw it on and go look overall. I wonder if you can see how hot I really feel through the photo.

Anyway, as usual, just a day in the life over here. Any kind of comments are cool with me.

and the obligatory bottle of water when I go anywhere in FL

I hope things cool down so you can wear this outfit more happily later on. I saw the same as Ceit - awesome how the stripes in the top mirror the straps on the sandals. The knickerbocker length shorts are a fun nod to (would-be) fall, and as always the color is fab on you!

Pretty fall colors for warm weather dressing. I also try to sport fall colored clothes in warm weather cuts for our hot fall days. Right now we are bouncing around, hot one day and cold the next.

Cute outfit! I have very similar colored shorts that I bought at a thrift store. They turned out to be far more versatile than I originally thought.
