This has been an extremely busy summer. I did buy some things at the NAS but haven't posted them.
##1-3 I bought on the sale day but paid full price. I was looking for the Paige Jimmie's--nothing left remotely in my size. The SA brought a bunch of others for me to try. Got to say I don't like distressing much, but these jeans fit so well and were so comfortable I had to get them. Rag & Bone. I did have some "age" qualms, but after seeing Debbie's post--well, she carries off boyfriend jeans with such elegance and aplomb that I was inspired.
The shoes are Munro NAS--very comfortable. I thought they'd make great airplane shoes. So I wore them on a recent trip--we are pre-screened and I walked through the gate and set off the alarm. Oh well. They were still easy on easy off.
#4 I bought this Joie linen blaze on a whim--I was looking for something more conservative. I did use a bunch of Nordstrom notes, so I don't feel too bad. I've not worn it a lot--I'm afraid it will wrinkle when traveling, but I'm thinking of taking it with me to the upcoming wedding.
#5 is "free" Michael Kors bag obtained by donating to a cause on a Macy's program last year. I like it, but it doesn't go with everything. The top is the VC top I bought a few months ago--some of you didn't like it--but now I've lost 7-8 pounds it looks a lot better. And I love it.
