Karymk, J Jill is hit or miss for me as well. I order quite a bit from them and usually return several things but keep more than I return. I am getting better though at pre-determining what I will love. Their structured pants fit me perfectly. I wore the side zip ankle pants and crops all summer. You will see several colors of their cords in upcoming WIWs this Fall. Some of their knits I love; some not so much. I find returns are easy and customer service is great. Sales come very quickly on new items, so I very rarely pay full price there. I LOVE many of their shoes as well. We do have one of their stores in town, but it's at a very dangerous mall...Nordtroms, Neiman's, etc, so it's a heck of a lot cheaper to stick to mail order and return what doesn't work!
My son is a sophomore in high school, so thankfully I get to keep him for a couple more years. My daughter is 21 and in her senior year of colllege...we'll see if I get her back temporarily next May:-).
