Happy new year, everyone!
It feels like an age since I last posted anything - December was super busy, not to mention I was living essentially out of a suitcase for large portions of it (first because I had packed up most of my wardrobe in preparation for moving, and then because we went out of town for the holidays). Also, we moved mid-month and our new house did not have any full length mirrors to take outfit photos in... Finally got around to purchasing and installing a mirror so here is the inaugural WIW in it! (For the record I think the most important place to have a full-length mirror is by the front door. We don't wear shoes in the house so that's the only place to look at (and photograph, ha) one's entire outfit! I am also going to put one in the master bedroom but haven't done so yet.) All old pieces, but of course I love the color scheme.
The other photo is from a christmas celebration (hence the holiday sweater) but is really just to show off my new bag, a gift from my MIL. I have wanted this Longchamp cat bag for years, and it was reissued this year but sold out quickly. I don't know where she managed to find one!
Anyway, I hope you have all had a great holiday and a wonderful year to come! Now that I've unpacked (most of) my wardrobe and have a mirror again, and am going to start shopping after my Sept-Dec shopping moratorium, I think I should be around here more regularly again.
