I’m not a big thrifter, it seems in my city I haven’t really found a great store, but I do sell and buy on occasion.
#1/2The sweater I wore today was a thrifting win. There is a great consignment shop back in my hometown and I picked this sweater up over thanksgiving.
#3/4 is a sweater I bought back in September here with a credit I got from selling something. I’ve only worn it a couple of times. I’m not really sure about it and I’d love some feedback. What do you think?

Love the sweater in 1 and 2. It suits your aesthetic to a tee. Streamlined. classic and polished. I think the sweater in 2 looks boho and kind of cool. I might pair it with BF jeans and stompier/combat boots maybe or maybe even a prarie style skirt. I'm not sure. Can you wear it unbuttoned too?

Boho...maybe that's what seeming off to me. when i bought it, i was thinking it had an interesting texture and the shorter length would be great with high rise jeans.

#1 is just a stunning outfit on you. WOW. I've said it before and I will say it again -- you were born to wear denim, and the booties with the streamlined sweater are fantatic on you.

I'm not sure about the second sweater. The texture is fun. But I know for myself I'd find it hard to wear. Why? Well, it wouldn't fit with my own style sensibilities. Plus, my cat would probably destroy it with his claws, but that's another issue! How do you feel wearing it? It looks good on you, for sure, and Kelly's suggested some fun alternate stylings. So it all comes down to whether it is "you."

#1 I like a lot! #2 I like the texture, but having all the space between the buttons is a bit off to my eye. It may work better left open.

Could the second sweater be layered over a light top, if the buttoning feels off to you? It is a fab piece. I didn't even notice the gaps until pointed out in the above comments.

Love #1! #2 looks too short. If you're compelled to try it again, maybe do so with a low contrast top underneath to fool the eye?

I love look #1 - the ribbon/ruffle placket is beautiful, and the color suits you! I adore the length of the jeans with those sharp boots!

I think because sweater #2 is softer/rounder, and the bit of gap along the buttons, I prefer the first sweater outfit. Do you like to wear open cardigans? How does the sweater #2 look unbuttoned? I love the big knit texture!

I love the texture of the sweater in 3/4 but maybe wear it open. I also like 1/2. The color is brighter on you than 3/4.

I was all Oh! Very Nice! I like the sweater/white boots formula! I don’t love the collar on the second sweater... I to be candid, think it makes you look a little no-neck, brings your shoulders up to your chin... if it weren’t so wide...

I really never considered wearing the textured sweater opened, I’m not sure I’d like the way it would lay, but I’m open to trying. Or I might bring it to my tailor to see if she can add some buttons to made it close better without the gaps

Agree that the boots and jeans make everything fantastic, but it does bother me that the second sweater gaps. More buttons might do the trick!

More love for you in jeans and those white boots. The first sweater outfit is so lovely, what a great thrifting find. I really like Kelly's suggestions regarding styling sweater #2 - it is less streamlined and I think would be cool worn in a polished boho way.

as i re read your thought on the textured sweater, i wonder if i should just let it go. it did not really cost me anything, as i used money (a very little at that) that i received from selling something i no longer wanted. boho, polished or not, is not a look that i've really pulled off.

I really like the second one, but I do have quite a lot of boho in my style. I am a bit unsure whether I mind the gaping- most likely not I think, the contrast underneath is good. It’s quite distinctive, so even for me I think I’d be wondering if I would be likely to wear it the number of times I want to...

I love the first cardigan on you - polished with interesting details, fits with your wardrobe. The second cardigan brings mixed feelings - it's probably a bit too casual/boho for your more "put together/ready to take the world" style. I'd probably delegate it to weekend wear or let it go.
