WIW syc day 10 YLF made me do it

Before YLF I would never have worn white jeans in the winter. Even after I hung out here a while I wasn’t convinced. But once I started wearing them it was a game changer. So this Tuesday I’m wearing white jeans and my NAS blazer.
Thanks for looking. As always all comments and suggestions are welcome and appreciated

That jacket is so fab -- it looks great with just about everything! Love it on you. Brilliant with the white jeans.

I have one pair of white jeans and I wear them year round (but mostly spring and autumn).

A couple of things stand out to me:
The navy is a softer contrast than black to the white and that makes it look right in winter. My opinion only of course.
The boots in navy pull it together perfectly.
The navy is splendid with your hair, which looks great, BTW.
Lastly, i’ve noticed with your recent WIWs that you have nailed the rise length when it comes to your bottoms. It looks consistently right with your tops and toppers. I am not there. I am taking notes.

You look great. I should try that jacket, which I also have, with white jeans. I wouldn’t have worn white jeans at all before YLF, let alone in winter, but I too wore some just the other day.

Tina, navy is my preferred neutral because it is softer. Really I own so much navy it’s a signature color for me. Re the proportions with high waisted pants, it’s been an evolution and I feel it’s easier to get right in the winter. But a good semi/faux tuck doesn’t hurt either

A wonderful outfit, kkards. Like you , I was slow to wear white jeans in winter but wanted to get more wear out of mine as they are usually too warm in summer. They make a refreshing difference from all the dark looks of winter and are now essential. I like to wear mine with white booties with black soles and black socks and black or black and white sweater or jacket. I just found a consignment beautiful and warm wool EF cardigan in black and white. Now I know what I will wear tomorrow!

I unfortunatelly still cannot do white jeans in winter, but I love them soo much from spring to fall! Your outfit is fab-because the jacket has a great dark@light pattern and beautifull texture for rounding them all, not to speak about the navy booties!

So good! That blazer is great on you, and a natural pairing with the blazer. I agree with the comment above about your jeans length always being sooo good. So many of these kinds of jeans are just plain too short on me, which is why I'm such a devotee of a true full-length style. I always admire your denim style and wish I could wear so many styles so well!
