There is method behind my madness today. It's warm (almost 80) but I wanted to wear the jeans because I'm hoping to try on some booties and can make the best call if I have on the kind of pants I'm hoping to pair them with. The white tee is also because I want to find a replacement (hoping Caslon or Halogen do the trick). What better way to compare than have said garment on at the time? Silver necklace and flats are to hopefully dress it up just a tad in case we go to Season's 52 for lunch. I know it's still very casual with the destroyed jeans, but it's a start. And heck, if I was really concerned I could don the leather pants I'm picking up! Sorry the pic is out of focus.

Ylf and good luck w/ the shopping. I know I've gotten some short sleeve tees at Nordies recently but had to order online. Maybe they're in stores by now, I hope so for your benefit but most of all I'm crossing my fingers for the booties to work out. I know how frustrating it can be to feel like you're on an endless hunt.

Thanks! I ended up empty handed. Well, I got my leather pants back, so not empty handed technically, but nothing on my list. The tees were either off white or too sheer and that bootie was not in stock. BUT . . . similar Franco Sartos were and they looked awesome so I think the Lucky's will fit the bill! EDIT: and not for nothing, but when you like your shirt you already have on more than the new stock you are trying on, it's a pretty easy way to decide what makes the cut or not
