Emma Peel's mod tough spy style has always appealed to me. Here's a ribbed $12 F21 tunic dress with Spanx leather leggings and Topshop retro booties. I've come to terms with the fact that black and grey will always be my default favorites - this dresss was also in olive and peach but black is usually my best choice of multiple colors like this.
