Piggybacking on Angie’s blog post from today. I have been striving to shed my winter look without shedding my winter layers.
These are all outfits from this week. My changes are subtle. Are they enough? What do you think? How am I doing?

I think I need the fun raincoat and umbrella Angie mentioned.

#1,2 In winter I would have worn a dark charcoal turtleneck under the topper. I chose dark coral instead of my usual black and gray.
#3,4 In winter these pants and boots were always paired with a black turtleneck sweater. Change to white v-neck ( not that you can see it) and a bright red scarf. The boots still sing of winter.....ballet flats next time around.
#5,6 In winter I would have done a column of black and worn boots. This outfit is still dark.....looks more like autumn than spring.
#7, 8. I wore white cords, instead of jeans, so I could have a bit of extra warmth. Metallic shoes and a spring scarf.
