Thanks Jonesy- I do like variety and current silhouettes are to my taste. In the years of skinnies and tunics I struggled a lot more.
Thanks Tanya- it was a good choice by our Australian Angie.
Janet - yes I agree, mostly wearing your palette makes dressing cohesive and does work. I still do love black but am really trying to limit it.
Thank you Helena- I love it too.
Thanks Lyn - they are fun to wear!!
Robyn - florals are always right in spring. It’s just a case of finding the right ones.
Approprio - I did change the lacing to a ladder style. They are easing a bit too. I think with colour palettes it takes a while to find pieces in both the colour and the style you like. Maybe less so if you can sew. Some years the spring palette can be a little too saccharine - and either feel too 1950s lady on a committee or Sandy from Grease. I am getting there.
Brooklyn - the floral prints by MLM are stunning - I love the silk ones. I have been sitting on my hands though as I don’t need more summer florals …. Yet. I would have loved to ride with Tom in 1988 but I think the moment has passed. I think we may clash over a few issues but he would be handy if I needed rescuing from a train or helicopter.
