Another warm day in The 'Peg so more bare legs and spring looks

Today's outfit started with my favourite wardrobe item of all time - my black EF drape front dress. Remember this one? This is probably the most worn item I have ever owned and I will be wearing it a ton again this Spring/Summer.

I topped the dress with my floral silky bomber jacket, scrunching the sleeves to add some structure.

My PF is acting up a bit today due to a lengthy walk last evening so chose my Naot shoes for comfort (note to self: need to source extremely comfortable and supportive running shoe). I'm falling more in love with these shoes each time I wear them.

I didn't have time this morning to change out my handbag so I hope the citron looks ok with this.

So does this all work together? As always, all comments/suggestions welcome.

I'm loving your springtime looks, Shannon. Great bomber! I totally think the citron bag works, in fact I think it adds to the Spring effect. It echoes nature blooming away in all its glorious colour. Perfect!

Citron has to be a neutral. It looks great with anything. I think that EF dress is the same one that a friend has and probably wears 4-5 times a week. The beautiful floral jacket gives it a great spring look. YLF.

Thank you again ladies - it's funny, when I bought this floral bomber it was quite a wildcard for me. Although I have always loved florals (especially on a dark background), a bomber jacket wasn't quite "me" due to the lack of structure. But I've ended up wearing this item much more than I thought I would so once again - you just never know do you?

Fun! The floral really brings the black to life. Citron bag totally works to my eye, it picks up on the bits of yellow in the jacket

Looking great! I love the little V created at the top of the criss-cross straps on your shoes I like the longer bomber with the dress too (as opposed to a cropped jacket length)...
