WIW. Some YLF inspired outfits

First... Ceit posted about a million months ago an outfit that made me go "hey, I can do that!"... but Elizabethified, ie in black and white rather than greys. Her outfit:

How did I do?

Second... The V/C tube skirt, again with the Cons, inspired by Suz. I'd NEVER have worn this without the YLF influence. Oh, and I sprained my ankle while away at conference, so had to wear low shoes with everything unexpectedly... that's a good way to motivate! How does it look? Oh, and I see I'm also wearing the Shannon inspirited white Danier jacket.

#3: And then there was the "bulky toppers" blog post by Angie a while ago, which featured this sweater from Nordstroms. I knew it was mine...

#4: And speaking of Shannon inspired... she got me looking at the V/C tube skirt in the first place, when she found her black and white stripey one. I couldn't get the same awesome deal at the Bay, but I did get a pretty much BOGO deal at Nordies on this one, plus the one in Pic 2.

You guys ROCK!

Any thoughts on changes, styling idea etc most appreciated...

Not sure how these got missed because ylf! Love the first 3. #4 I'll admit is a bit 80s for me, but I wonder if booties would lighten and modernize it a bit? Actually maybe it's just a matter of proportions - a heel, and/or tucking the shirt would lengthen your bottom half. Still a fun outfit, I just prefer the first three.

You did great!! And I am super -honoured to be an inspiration -- that is so neat! You look amazing in a tube skirt so I'm glad you snagged a few of those. And both Cons outfits are brilliant on you!

I think you did great, Elizabeth.
You can try to unzip and roll up the cuffs of the white leather jacket, they look a bit long.

Sveta, I'm going to get the sleeves shortened as soon as I know the jacket done for the winter. Should have done it in the summer. Thanks for the reminder though!

Try to cuff them first to see if you like it: see how Angie does it with hers, he sleeves are also on the long side

Bravo! These are all great! I do agree that the boots in the last on are a little too heavy for that outfit. Can you try it with booties instead? Love your hair, btw.

All these are great. I especially love turquoise with B&W in the last photo - that was my summer holiday colour scheme and I came to realisation that turquoise is a neutral too
