Dear fabbers, two work pictures and two weekend pictures plus one posted before.

Picture 1-2 work, white Valentino red jacket (five years old),Escada scarf newish, thrifted brooch, silk blouse STOCKH LM, black trousers Escada, silver pumps Dune, large wide bag - Laurel. Quite pleased with the outfit and love the brooch.

Picture 3 work. Long thin leather jacket/coat AIM, large silk scarf Escada, cream blouse and wide houndstooth trousers, thick soles loafers.Quite like the outfit but I thought it looked better IRL. The leather jacket is superb IRL.

Picture 4 weekend running some errands. Gerry Weber patterned jacket, black trousers STOCKH LM, back semi patent boots Tod’s, scarf Ellie Saab, bag thrift shop find. Pleased with the outfit - casual enough.

Picture 5-6 weekend, some shopping and lunch out with DH. Marc Aurel feaux snake skin jacket, white jeans (old), DH’s scarf - some patter mixing lite with the jacket, blue loafers from Geox, blue bag from Ferragamo. Blue sunnies. Like the outfi, but a bit outside my comfort zone..... can’t put a finger on it.

Picture 7 you have already seen, a relative’s birthday dinner.

Gorgeous set of pictures. I love #3, and if it looked better irl it must have had everyone in awe. I also like #5 a lot and am trying to figure out why it is out of your comfort zone. Maybe the blue seems too contrasting? I think it looks fantastic. The white jacket is great too.

Love them all - as usual. 1/2 and 3 are bold, graphic and classic. Do you think 5/6 would make you happier if the scarf had a bit of the clonal blue in it?

I cannot believe that you can raid your husband’s closet and find the most perfect scarf to match your outfit! All of these outfits are wonderful. I just love the black, white and red in #1 which is amazing. I do have to agree with Shevia’s comments on #3, it is so elegant.

Oh. My. Goodness. Number one is perfection to my eyes. I absolutely love black and hot pink, but now I see by adding white aswell it’s even more fabulous :).
I think number five may feel a bit different to your usual because the jacket is a neutral colour, but its a dirty, warm neutral, which is contrasting in an unusual way with the cold, clear optic white pants. Just my thoughts lol. I still think it looks great though.

All gorgeous, but now am in love with your long & thin leather jacket and the outfit in nr 3(which would be a real HEWI for me) and the nr 4 with the patterned jacket- BUT AGAIN, EACH OUTFIT IS PERFECTION and has something which streaks my interest(the color blocks of white, magenta, metalic gold or blues are esp. fun and effective!)

All lovely, but I really like 1/2 and 7. 7 is fun with the scarf and bag echoing each other, and 1/2 is lovely with the pop of color of the blouse, scarf and pin.

Shevia and Karen13, thank you for the ideas, you are absolutely on to something. There is something about the contrast level and the colours, because I quite like the shape.

Jussie, yes, I see it clearly now! The white trousers are kind of too white with the "dirtier" white/grey/beige tones of that jacket. I can imagine I would be happier with the outfit if I wore navy trousers instead. Thank you.

#3 is a trendy look on the catwalks. Very 2018.
