Throughout today I felt like my old university student self back in the early 2000's. Back then, I used to wear sneakers... With flares. Most of the time. So I figured that since I am limited to under a 2 inch heel height, I might as well give this a shot. The jacket I'm wearing is the comfiest moto jacket in the world (I wore this in the Toronto meetup). Seriously, I'll likely be wearing this to threads. I wore it closed with the scarf for most of the day, and I'm sure it emphasized my midsection, but I was getting annoyed of the scarf fluttering about.

I apologize for the not so great quality of photos. I should've taken them in Marshall's instead of Winners.

So I've also been on a lookout for comfy shoes. I got some birthday money from my parents (yeah.. Yeah I know... Lol!) and thought I'd buy comfortable shoes with it. I've been shopping around for weeks for a comfortable low heeled boot and was willing to pay $300 for it - but I paid half instead (I love winter sales!) also, I nabbed a pair of lower heeled Miz Mooz sandals for a friend's wedding next month and so that these could be my go-to dress sandal. It veers to the more casual side, but given that it's a 2.5 inch heel with a 0.75 inch platform, good forefoot cushioning, a thick sole, Velcro straps and NOT a bunion aggravator, I was COMPLETELY sold. I don't care how "casual-ish" it looks as long as I am comfortable and healthy! I do plan to wear these with my occasional 2.5 inch heeled flare outfits when I am feeling like being pretty and not as active in walking.
