Ahoy everyone!

I am trying to wear all my clothes that are appropriate for our spring (under 90 degrees) before it gets too hot. That means my skinny jeans, clamdiggers and shirts that must be layered are coming out to play.

I picked this shirt up at TJ Maxx a while ago. I love it, but it's actually made of a polyester knit, and as you can see, it must be layered. So once the hot weather hits, it will probably stay in my closet until October or so. I wore this outfit for a casual day shopping with a friend at an outlet mall. All the elements are uncomplicated and easy to take off and on when trying on new things.

Ana, way to go creating your own spring! Even though it's warm enough to go right into summer clothes, if you do, pretties like this won't get worn. I love the orange with the ton-sur-ton stripes. Very nice with the denim clams and flats and perfect for shopping. The nautical necklace is a nice touch too. You look fresh, breezy and fab!

Adorable top and necklace - actually, the whole outfit is perfect! I would totally wear this, too. Too bad about the polyester; otherwise it would be nice and breezy for summer nights over a tank, too.

I'm storing up good ideas for warm weather, casual looks, and this is helping my "research," Ana! Terrific color and layering. I like the bold simplicity of the silhouette contrasting with the delicate necklace. I'm liking the juxtaposition of distance impact (like a bold color) and close-up detail (necklace). There's something fun about grabbing someone's attention from faraway, and then giving them a treat in a pretty detail that's only visible when they come near.
