When Angie posted on pairing ink blue and black a while back, I was thrilled, because I had a beautiful shirting fabric in a black and ink blue check. I made it up as a cowl-neck pullover blouse.

Here it is in today's outfit for work. I paired it with charcoal gray skinny ankle pants--definitely not PPL, but well, sometimes we don't get things perfect and we (should I just say I?) wear them anyway. I tried on three different shoes and went with the pumps, a surprisingly comfortable all-day heel. (I carried the flats to work, but I didn't need to change!)

Thoughts, ideas, welcome! Thanks for looking.
