An impromptu wedding forced me to shop my closet and I was quite happy with the results. My original intention was to wear a fitted button down blouse with french cuffs in a beautiful periwinkle color but when I put it together I didn’t feel my best. Thinking a column of black would provide the visual feel I felt was necessary, I grabbed my trusty sheer turtleneck and called it a win. My fussy feet don’t love heels anymore so I turned to my AGL stompy boots—my feet were happy all night! I used a new wrap belt from to pull it all together and added in a thrifted Hobo purse. The look was finished off with a new sherpa bucket hat from BR and leather jacket. It was a lovely evening. Thanks for looking!
