I thrifted this Cleo petite grey pencil skirt a few weeks ago and am finally putting it into service. I’ve paired it with the Halogen pussy bow blouse (hi MaryK!), nude micro fishnets (it was -6 this morning!), my plum suede Mary-Jane pumps and my vintage plum Cartier handbag.
I’ve also included a close up of my Gucci watch. I actually found this at my local Value Village about three months ago where they were charging a mere $23 for it. It was absolutely filthy and didn’t work but I knew what it was and thought it had major potential. I took it to a local watch repair shop where they cleaned it, put in a new battery (that’s the only reason it wasn’t working) and then promptly told me the retail price/value of the watch was $445. Those are four real diamond chips on the face and the watch is a combination of sterling silver and etched platinum. Who the heck takes something like that to Value Village???
I feel pretty in this outfit – I hope it looks good. As always all comments/suggestions welcome. Anything you’d change in this outfit?
