As soon as I saw this challenge picture I knew this rust tank would work
splendidly. I bought it last September with a friend at Kohl's because she said it fits and it's on clearance-but never wore it because I wasn't sure about the color on me. It has a draped seam just like the throw draped on the chair! And the matching wrinkle lines too. I thought the mottled golds in the leaves could be represented by my shoes and belt which are both a dreamy champagne gold (IMO).
I added the square necklace to add a little shape, quite like the window pane squares. The scarf was my first purchase of a non-outdoor scarf back in the late 80's. I wish it photo'd better. It's like a silky version of the picture itself! I feel cozy, stylish and comfortable in this outfit which is the way the picture makes me feel. I hope it looks that way too!
