I tried to create my version of a "scarf peplum" today. I like how it turned out. I tried it with and without a necklace. I ended up going without, but what do you think? I loved it with the hiking boots. I received some complements on my boots and one person asked for the name of the store where I purchased them and ran there on their lunch break to check it out!
