Yes, I have a car of my own for a couple of days! We have a demo to try out (perks of BF being in the car business). I notice already that not having to dress around the bicycle, walking far, or heat in general, is very freeing. I can sort of wear whatever I want. Awesome!
That said, I didn't put a whole lot of thought into this. It was just a throw on and go type of thing. I wanted to test the car and Walmart is a town away on a 60mph road. But lap swim hour wasn't too far away and so I was on a bit of a time crunch. I grabbed the twist skirt because I cannot wear that on the bike, then I just followed the drapey, twisty theme with the red wrap front tank. Scaly silver cuff and spike toe ring sandals to add a little edge.
Bonus shot of a purchase that is GEAR - I didn't bust my No Buy July already! Running hat. My only one is 5+ years old, white (or was), and not actually specifically for running. Just a Columbia SPF hat for general sun protection. This is Adidas Climacool, made to run. $7 instead of $20. So you bet it came home with me.
