I did get these from one of Angie's posts. I think it was the cord post. These are from the Gap. I love them because they fit like a glove on the slender model, but also looks great on a curvier body type.
The photos don't do the cut justice. They are really quite flared.
This would be a typical outfit for me with these cords--black Johnny Cash tee and orange Nikes. But they are so versatile--they also go with a peasant blouse or classic dress shirt.
My favorite detail is the little square pockets on front, which makes them feel from the roller rink era. I made a mistake when I sized them...I just got regular instead of measuring my inseam. Now they are too long, and I roll them up. Next time I will spend a little more time on that detail.
