Feel free to skip this whining part! One deadline after the other is just taking all I have. I'm looking at all your adorable and amazing outfits these days, but have no energy to comment and I'm really sorry that I'm not contributing more! I might fall into MIA for a while, but I hope not, because this is such an inspiring community. I'm also thinking that I could really need some help with packing for San Fransisco, but right now it's just too much. Sorry for post and run behavior.

WIW: Breton tee + black pants + patent belt + bird necklace + booties

I added the black blazer (#2) at work, but wore the grey wool/cashmere hoodie for warmth out and about.

I'm sorry things have been so hectic for you. You look fantastic in your Breton top. I love the red and navy stripes. All great outfits, especially #2. You look fab!

The breton stripes are fab, I think 2 is my fave too as i like the booties with the skirt.

We have all been through that, I'm sure it's hard. Hang on there, take care of yourself and pop in whenever you can for the happiness fix

You looked so great in 2! I like your new look with the trousers. I think I would do either the belt or the necklace, together they kind of fight (but I am a minimalist in terms of accessories).

I hope you get a couple of days off during Easter at least. Life gets hectic from time to time, and we've all needed some understanding at one point or another. No worries! As long as you share that gorgeous Breton, I'm happy I like all varieties, but my favorite is probably #2.

I guess PhD life is just as stressful as any other. Sometimes I just feel totally exhausted, but still have to go on - i.e. can't let the kiddos starve ;-), or presentations and writings need to be prepared and carried out.
