I wore this today to work. It's cold and slushy so I changed shoes in the office.

I tried to solve the problem of my terrible pics by photographing the outfit on its own--this allows me to get better lighting, framing and focus so you can see the colors and textures better. Then I have my mirror selfies (blurry, small and dark) to show you the shape of things when worn (which is a bit different).

I came upon this color combo by accident; I don't think I would have thought of it in my head, but when I put things together I liked it. The skirt is wool by Boden, I think it was a "Skater" model. The cardi is also Boden. I love it but find it hard to pair because it's so dainty.

I wore warm knit tights and booties, or shooties, not sure how they should be called. I'm posing with my feet in different positions because I think that when I wear these booties with skirts or dresses, if I look at myself sideways, my feet look very big, like clown feet. (Same effect if worn with skinnies or ankle pants). I think this because I have short, thin calves and long feet for my height. Not sure if it's all in my head but I wonder...
