This will probably be my last WIW for a little while. I have been enjoying the process of posting looks but my photographs are dire and you ladies deserve better.
This look is a last hurrah.
Today, was an unusual work day as the office closed for lunch and headed to a Jubilee themed tea party with both clients and associates. I wished to look whimsical and yet professional and thanks to Mary K, Shannon and Goldenpig I had the tools to attempt to execute the look.
The top and trousers are both new pieces and cost £5.00 and £7.00 respectively. Both items reflect my recent realisation that romance can be age and work appropriate and will form part of my new part time workwear capsule (I was previously concerned the look could be perceived as young and weak and therefore must be forbidden from my closet).
So here it is (in all it's fuzzy, overexposed glory) WIW 29/05/2012.
