It was fun! The way the parts were portrayed were a lot more realistically done than I had seen in the 25th anniversary concert (MUCH AS I LOVED IT!!!) or in the new movie. The characters felt like people, not characters.
Cocolion: <3 You have no idea how happy your words made me. This is something we like to do for special occasions.
Lyn: It's hard to see because of the angles, but I'm broad shouldered and pretty broad hipped (I had to bust my bum to find a LBD that didn't have an up and down skirt in that length to hide that and my big thighs+butt) ^-^;
Thistle: Oh my god a few scenes I was nearly sobbing. Like Fantine's death, (for personal reasons) Castle on a cloud, and Little people I was shuddering with ach shot because I knew what was coming...

The shoes didn't make it past the day sadly, mostly due to my own thoughtlessness. The Hanover is in Worcester, on a fairly busy street. We needed to walk a block and a half (not much in flats, quite a bit in five inch heels) and I left my flats I would have walked to the theater in at home by mistake. I was fine, except we got turned around a few times. I asked R about six times to wait up as he was about ten feet in front of me at all times before I fell. In the middle of a crosswalk. In front of a waiting car. So there I was, in my shorter than I normally wear skirt (that is to say I was in a skirt at all that didn't reach my ankles.) trying to pick myself up in five inch heels. When I got my feet under me, I noticed the shoe on the side I landed on was scraped beyond even being called RATE. So ;,; they're gone...
