Thanks for the kind comments, Fabbers. We're on day 34 and still hanging in there. Hope you all are doing well. It's such a treat to visit you here!
@shevia: I can’t wait to see your hair. I bet it’s looking fierce!
@slimcat: Thank you. I have cut my bangs in the past and lived to regret it. Fortunately, they grow back. I do think less is more when it comes to bangs so if I do attempt it, I will error on the side of caution especially since I’m not sure when my hair dresser will be back open to fix them.
@Star: Thank you!
@Kkards; Thank you. I love my fanny pack. I’ve had it forever--it holds my phone. Its probably the only reason I haven’t gotten a new phone--because anything bigger won’t fit in the pack.
@Bijou: Thank you! I’m finally sort of over my sulking from the gym being closed. It’s been a struggle to stay motivated and I have very little will power when it comes to diet. My weight is up at least 5 pounds but I’m just rolling with it for now.
@Brooklyn: Thank you! Those Timberland high tops are the best. Talk about a great multipurpose shoe!
@torontogirl: Thank you! You are always so sweet!
@Laurie: Thanks! Haha. I love the hat. I have a lot of blue in my wardrobe and I thought it would pair so well with some of my sun dresses when I have an occasion to wear one again--and on a non-windy day.
@Carla: Thanks! The weather has been hit or miss lately. Seems rainier and colder than usual for us but there have been some gorgeous days in between. I shouldn’t complain.
@Suz: Thank you! I feel so much better when I actually get dressed a la Angie. Unless I have a video meeting I don’t even bother putting on make up let alone brushing my hair!
@suntiger and Jaileen: Thanks!
@Becky: Haha. Thank you! My hair feels so dull and coarse right now so it’s very thankful for your kind comments!
@Phoebe: Thank you. You are so kind!
@Angie: Thank you! Agreeing that our pets are so therapeutic at this time!
@Sal: Thank you! My non-dieting body is very happy right now. haha.
@Karie: Thank you.
@Rachy: Thanks! Masks are required now in parts of the Bay Area. Not in Santa Clara County as of yet but I’ve been wearing them to the store. I wouldn’t mind trying some new patterns if and when I can get my sewing machine fixed.
@Zaeobi: Thank you! I tried your suggestion and I think it will work with my hair up. DDs thought it looked too juvenile with my hair down--probably because my bobby pins had big rhinestone stars on them. If I can find some plain ones, I’ll give it anot
