WIW fuchsia, white and pale blue

I wanted to wear nude hose and the new white/metallic flats. Then I added the charcoal pencil for structure and the flattering quality. The fuchsia sweater is a thin wool knit which keep me warm in 10C/50F and windy weather. The beige trench and it's length protects me from the biting wind. I thought the sweater was enough brightness and added the pale blue scarf for a softer look and warmth. The green bag is always in my hand.

This is so pretty on you, Harmonica! You look great in color. Is your style shifting a little? I haven't seen many WIWs lately but I see a little softer style emerging--less edge? I really like it. Looks very modern!

Kellygirl: I think you're right. Lately I've been simplifying my outfits and made them less edgy or RATE. I wondered if this outfit with the new shoes would read as too polished and ladylike.

Thistle, Kiwichik, Suz: I bought the fuschia top in Jan. I always get a lot of compliments when wearing brights, so this is my attempt to add more brights to my wardrobe. It is ou8t of my usual comfort zone, but people really seem to like it on me. The top is a bit clingy, so I like it best when worn with a skirt skims the hips and doesn't flare.

Thistle: I remember to use the scarf and shoes together!
