Wiw pink bomber is a hero

Hi guys!
I wore this outfit for a day with the kids, running errands, about 20 Celsius. I’m gradually realising that this little pink bomber (from Kmart of all places) is becoming a wardrobe hero for cooler summer days. It’s not blush, it’s slightly stronger (iced pink) is sufficiently cropped enough to work with wide pants as well as being sufficiently loose enough to work with slim fit pants. It goes with a surprisingly large array of colours. I was happy and comfy in this outfit- and finally I have some jeans that fit right....

Cute look. Springy to me--but I know you are in a different season. Where I live, it's still deep winter, and people are wearing lots of clothes in heavy materials and dark colours. Lovely to see summer clothes and pastels!

I'm envious of your 20C weather! The pink bomber is really cute - and I'd like to see it with your scarf wound around a few times and made shorter - think it will show more of the pretty jacket that way. I'm looking forward to finding a pink or blush bomber of some kind this spring myself.

Very cute! Pink is so hard to get right but when it works it REALLY works. Love it against the soft navy of the scarf. I echo lisa’s Suggestion, would love to see the scarf wound round the neck to make a bit shorter.

Thanks you all so much for your wise words. A few people mentioned it would be interesting to see how the scarf looked looped up instead of hanging down long.... so here goes. I’m undecided which I prefer- what do people think- looped or long?

Pink bomber love! Yours is a great jacket! I think I prefer the scarf looped. I like how the length of the looped scarf mirrors the length of the bomber.

Great little jacket and color for you.
That outfit has lovely S/S colors ( which suit you to a T) but I think the bomber also is a surprisingly versatile color that you can wear over a column of navy, burgundy or olive , and with other scarves of course, to give a totally different vibe in different seasons. Great score!

K-mart can be really good sometimes. It scored well in the Baptist World Aid Australia ethical fashion report, too, a bit surprisingly I thought. I have the odd thing from there.
