I am not much of a pastel person although I think some can be flattering on me. I did overdose in the 80s with big floral pink and blue shirts with shoulder pads, aqua dungarees, apricot ruffled skirts, pastel pink acrylic long sweaters and ankle zip jeans in pastel pink that washed out to a splotchy effect. Perfect for a teenager.
I think this silky tee is my only current pastel although I have a dress with pale blue, black and camel stripes. I usually wear this with jeans, sometimes skinnies with the top untucked, but usually with a metallic belt. I wore my black belt today, and put on the heels for the pic like a fashion blogger wannabe.
As it cools down I might wear a bright pink jacket over the top or possibly a charcoal cardigan, but mostly it is a warm weather option.
No face today as I have barely brushed my hair as I am working from home.
