I finally managed to remember to take outfit pictures before I'd changed into my pjs! I'm sorry I've been so scarce around the forum lately; health issues are the culprit as usual.

Today was cloudy and rainy and in the 60s (weather I love), and I felt like dressing in soft colours to match the greyed world. Of course, I always wear muted colours, but this combination felt especially soft for some reason! I meant to add a necklace, but I've been rearranging and sorting in my new place and have managed to misplace the little jewelry case with my necklaces. I'm sure it will turn up soon, but in the mean time the bow will have to be sufficient decoration. I didn't bother belting: I liked how the outfit looked softer without a belt and showed of the little button on this vintage skirt. I promise the waistband isn't cutting into me: I should have adjusted the tee & cami to lay smoothly before taking photos. I also fixed the sleeve cuffs so that they were even after I saw the pics!

For my walks, the sky was still very overcast and threatening rain, so I needed a raincoat. Since my robin's egg trench went with the outfit, I couldn't resist adding it! Unfortunately, none of my waterproof shoes are light coloured (that would be a HEWI for me: colours that bookend my hair seem to only come in suede), so I had to wear my brown hiking boots, which spoiled the effect a bit, but oh well.

All feedback, positive or negative, is welcome as usual!
