WIW: Out of my mind crazy busy SWEATER LEMMING!

So family has arrived and it's been insane - little boys plus parents plus kitchen barely done = havoc! (see OT thread for kitchen photos if interested!). Right before they arrived I tried and bought the Gap lemming sweater. It's been supercold here and I'm desperate for some chunky sweaters - what a wardrobe hole to have here! Hope this works because I wore it yesterday. Also posting another casual outfit which reminded me of my Secret Santa, Ceit!

I think it works, Una. What size did you get - your usual one ore sized down? The neck looks pretty narrow on you...

I got my usual size (S) - I tried a M but I was SWIMMING in it (and don't lemmings drown?)... I have purposely stretched the hemline out a bit so it's not as close to my body - is this a mortal sin? I hope not!

Oh, and this may look fitted to my neck because I have a fat neck. Literally. I have a swollen thyroid and I was surprised to like this but am finding it to be the neck equivalent of waist surrender. Neck surrender?

Oh I love this sweater, it is so comfy and warm! Our climate here is quite cold too (20's and snowing at the moment), so warm sweaters are a must have!
I'll have to check out your kitchen photos - glad to hear it's done!

I love this sweater on you. I would probably order my regular size too. The neck is beautiful on you. It showcases those dainty forearms too! Do you mind telling me what kind of jeans you have on in 1 & 2? I love the wash; it looks nice with the dark sweater. I'm finding I don't like super dark wash jeans so much because most of my sweaters are dark and I like a little contrast.

Love the post in 2, and great outfit in 3 too! Hang in there and enjoy the happy chaos that family brings.

Hello Sweater Lemming, I mean, Twin! You look sexier in yours than I do...or is it those cool glasses! I love this sweater and wore it yesterday with jeans and my yellow Cons (boring sunglasses; not like yours!).

I think this size is perfect for you, Una, and I sized up to a Small, after getting recs from everybody to size up from the XS and I'm glad I did.

Have fun with the houseful and I'll take a look at your kitchen pics!

Thanks for the feedback, ladies. Rae, this should not work on me. Dolman sleeves, turtleneck, etc. but the sleeves almost don't look dolman because my shoulders are so wide! Appreciate all comments!

I agree that the dolman part isn't much of an issue with this sweater with wide shoulders. Una, you look wonderful! I don't know how you do it with so much going on.
