I bought these olive fatigue pants at Madewell at the same time as the rose/burgundy culottes I posted. These are definite keepers, and I've already shortened them to wear today. (Go Team Wear!)

First photos show how I'm wearing them today. Others show another outfit I tried, and how they looked pre-hemming.

1-3: with mauve floral tee (made by me); dusty orchid jacket (Stella Carakasi); orange platform sandals (Kork Ease); nude clutch (J. Crew).
4-6: with eggplant and olive striped-design tee (made by me) and black Birkenstocks or stone denim jacket and taupe and white sandals.
7-8: pre-hemmed pants, with landscape print tee (made by me).

I really like this high rise style and cropped length. They feel so fresh--but also retro, as they feel a lot like the actual fatigue pants I wore in the Army, in the early 80s. For me, these pants are an updated version of olive chinos.

Thanks for looking! I welcome any comments and thoughts you wish to share.
