WIW: orphan vest and NAS loafers

Bought this vest/dress (although I will not wear as a dress despite 7 year old daughter's suggestion ) at start of season, full price from Vince and first wearing is today! Just wasn't sure how to style so went with black J Crew Eaton boy trousers (i love these and don't see them online anymore, hope they haven't been discontinued ). Also my Vince loafers in "black cherry". They are very dark burgundy, almost brown.

Bag is one I got with Nordstrom notes, inlieu of a Prada bag. So far it has satisfied.

Fabulous! Glad you brought the vest out to play.

So tell me about the Eaton trousers. What do you love about them? I had been tempted by them several times but was never able to try on in person so wasn't sure about sizing.

I like the straight fit of the Eaton boy, as an apple without a huge difference between waist and hip measurement, also the pantleg is not too tapered, somewhere between a fluid trouser and a cigarette pant. I think in the past though, Angie has found the length of them a bit too long for a cropped pant, on me. I may be mistaken,may have been a different pair of crops.
I have had these about a year. Would love to duplicate in grey.

Oh wow! Marking it as favorite to copy with my own vest and sneaks. I am always a bit worried of looking stumpy in long vest and flats. But you have put this together so well, I want to try
