terrible day at work yesterday. will post in OT. Eileen fisher slouchy pants, j crew popover, Tory Burch oriental look ballet flats. 'famous' bubble necklace. pics taken post work so the red nose and puffy eyes with run over mascara are courtesy salt water aka tears.

hot Monday. errand day. recovering from crying jags day. spending time with bebe day. brown skirt. cotton on angled camisole. Zara short cropped sweater. Zara sandals. eBay earrings -the leaves are by one of Michelle o's favorite designer but remade. Inspiration is from a Nordstrom catalog pic Angie had linked to a while back and I had planned to copy. Elliott luca handbag.

need some love. even if you HATE my outfits. feel free to embellish your comments. this is one of those times I need some lovin'

Sona, I am sorry you had a really tough day. But wow, your outfits are spectacular, and I swear there is no embellishment in this comment! I can't say wich one I adore more! Both are exactly right and both are brilliant. Love the shoes in the second outfit with your dainty ankles and those pretty straps. And the pants and shirt in #1 are brilliant with the shoes there.

I agree there is no need to embellish. I adore the combination of colours in the first outfit, and I really love the pants. But the shoes and the jewelry in the second outfit are drool-worthy. You truly look fabulous.

As the others have already said, there's no need to say anything insincere because both of these outfits look spectacular. I especially love your shoes in #1 but the whole ensemble in #2 is just stellar. Who knew you could not only rock the vibrant colors but also such a chic neutral look?

Chic to the MAX! I love the slouchy cool give of the first outfit and the texture and silhouette of the second. And I ADORE those shoes in the 2nd outfit. What brand are they?

I love the combination of the orange and grey on you! One thing I really noticed is that the grey is just a dark-enough grey to match the intensity of the orange blouse - how'd you do that?

You know what I mean? A softer grey wouldn't have worked as well with this particular blouse, and a softer coral-ish orange blouse wouldn't have worked as well with the slightly darker grey pants - you've paired these two colours beautifully!

Outfit #1 is KILLER - and again - very 2013, Sona!! There is just enough structure to make it look fun, flattering and modern. And how refreshing to see ballet flats! We barely see fabbers wear them at all. I'm glad that you're leading the way. I wear ballet flats a lot in Summer. So high five, ballet flat sister!

And Outfit #2 is sensationally arty! You did that Eileen Fisher rendition proud - and me too. LOVE the sandals!! I had hoped to wear closed toe sandals like that this season, but didn't find any that were comfy enough. Now I can enjoy them on you

I always click on your posts -- even when, like tonight, I'm on vacation and it's 12:40am! That's because you are an amazingly creative stylist. You have great, modern items, but, more than that, you combine them in stunning ways. Beyond that, you are blessed with gorgeous high/contrast coloring and liquid chocolate eyes that smile at the camera. How great is that!

I love that bright top, and your use of layers. Both outfits are fabulous. I am intrigued by the white-on-white top layers and want to try something similar. I'm going to have to rustle through my closet and see what I can do. Thanks for the inspiration!
