Nothing but great news here today! First I got a text from my Marine informing me that at long last he has been promoted to Corporal! Ooh rah!!
Second, my lawyer called an hour or so later to inform me that my divorce is final and I have been restored to the status of an unmarried woman! After a year of litigation, this is incredibly good news!! And in honor of the occasion I am changing my YLF name because I'm also changing the K-name in real life!

I went out to celebrate with my colleagues after work, then had a great conversation with the Corporal-Elect when I got home. Life is good.
