Anne this looks good! I really like the way you have brought some color in with the flower and the shoes. Have you considered 'popping' the collar on the button down? I could also see this worn without the button down and some long layered chains. But not mind me rambling, this looks great as is.

I like this, and I can also see it with skinny leggings, boots and a multi scarf in cooler weather.
A wide, stretchy belt might work too.

It is actually a dress that a friend handed down to me and I posted it a couple of months ago. It is a little big for me, and I would have preferred a closer fit around the armholes. I had though it a bit too long to wear as a top, but perhaps it would work (and belting would shorten it too) Thanks

I just remembered I did wear a scarf as well for the conference - teal and animal print.

Suz, it is so hard to judge colours on screen!! So I am not sure if it is taupe. I guess I thought it was grey. I am not that keen on grey near my face which is why I wore the shirt underneath.
