Thank you all!!

Gryffin - its a tradition that Indian Hindus and Muslims follow. There is a mehendi ceremony before the wedding where the bride and the relatives (Women and in some cultures men too) apply henna to their hands and legs. In olden days the bride was not supposed to do any work in her new house until the color of the mehendi faded away. Also, the color of the henna was symbolic of the love the bride had for her husband. They believed that darker the color on the bride's hand the more love she had for her husband. Now we just apply for fun

Wow, this is amazing!! Before I read the text, I thought you had found some amazing and beautifully tonal fingerless gloves to go with the outfit!! What an incredibly original way to wear both pink and olive, and mehendi!

Excellent example of Angie's latest ensemble. And I love the hand painting. I thought it was lace gloves at first glance!

Wow! The pink and olive is great on you, and your mehendi is amazing!

Amazing! This look is so unique, I love the henna!

You have me hankering for summer. I love that shade of green with pink. So pretty. The mehendi is awesome too. Wish I could see it close up!
