All the talk about olive on YLF this week made me want to wear my olive jeans--which I've worn twice this week. Today's outfit is my olive jeans, a berry colored blouse with blush floral print, and my black faux suede booties. It's still way too hot in Hotlanta to really get into my fall things, but I thought this color palette would make my autumn-lusting self happy on a day where the high was around 82. I was right.
Since I was away for a while, I also spared everyone the awkward growing out of my buzz cut. I'm back to an undercut with almost bob-length hair on top, which I'm growing indefinitely until it feels "done." So, here you go. This is about a year and a half of growth with a couple trims to shape it. I've been doing it myself for now. When it's long enough to give a stylist something to work with, I'll get it done professionally for better layers.
As for what I got up to today, it's my date night with my lovely girlfriend. We went to a favorite Thai restaurant and we're going to chill and watch the The Perks of Being a Wallflower movie because she just finished reading the book for the first time. It's been a nice afternoon.
