Today was very casual errand day - sometimes with doggies in tow - before WFH in the afternoon.

All items are between 2 to 6 years old. Shoutout to Talbots patterned cashmere! It's flawless.

Changed the buttons on my old turquoise coat to a blonde tortoiseshell (they were dark as you can see in the Find). The lighter buttons are better with my complexion and the colour palettes of my wardrobe!

Proof that I do drive occasionally

Eager to have my hair shaped and trimmed tomorrow. xo

Beautiful outfit! And I should have guessed you have a white car interior--it's perfect with your pearls! The buttons are so much better on your coat than the originals. This outfit looks like such a breath of fresh air in the winter.

YLF Angie, in your lighter brights, a sunray in the darks! It totally makes sense changing colors of the buttons on that coat. I would have done it myself, too! Having dark buttons means a more contrasted or accented outfit which you probably could do either using a dark shawl, bag or soles, also perhaps a dark column or an outfit blocked with a darker item underneath to relate with but to be honest, think the coat itself does not need dark buttons at all, neither for a brunette...but, who I am to tell that, of course...:-).

It’s great to see you posting so many outfits lately!

That coat is so pretty and reminds me of my now-gone J Crew pea coat which was a similar color (and I had also switched out the buttons, gold for silver!). I passed it along several years ago when it became a little too snug and I stopped wearing it. But it reminds me how much I like the look of a vibrant coat.

That sweater is such a great pattern and palette! It reminds me a little bit of this abstract patterned cashmere turtleneck my husband got me for my birthday. I’m giving a presentation tonight and am thinking of wearing it layered under a soft green jacket that was also a birthday gift.
