I was amused to read Angie's blog post on the bus this morning, because the outfit that I had happened to put on earlier ticked 5 out of her 6 boxes. My work is quite casual and for long days in lab sometimes I just want to wear something comfortable and cozy, especially on a grey, gloomy, wet day like today.
My hair and specs are a given in every outfit. I am lightening up with my cream statement sweater and taupe boots. You know I love my moody blacks and greys but the day was so rainy and grey and dark already so I wanted some lighter colors and the screaming neon of my crazy pants.
The only thing I am not sporting today from Angie's list is makeup. But you know, I think my pants are dramatic enough to more than make up for it.
