This process has been very eye opening. I started it because
I have not tracked my day to day outfits for more than a week at a time, and I
haven’t recorded them since the end of last winter. I seeing a pattern of my
visualizing something, and then having the reality be close, but somehow they are
missing something. I’m open to
thoughts and ideas on how to make them better.
Friday #1
It wasn’t until I took the picture that I realized….

Looking at this outfit now, I can see that its close, but
somehow not completely working. Maybe the blazer is too short. Anyone have any
ideas?

Saturday #3
PM, to volunteer for a kids event sponsored by my company.
Need to be able to layer a company tee shirt, plus it was outside and the temperature
was in the mid 50’s.
Jeans: The Gap
Shirt: duofold thermal
Belt: Banana Republic
Booties: Isabel Marant
Sunday #4

and stained T). Afternoon, manicure, Target and grocery store.
Not loving this…the sweater is a big nothing.
Jeans: Hudson
Sweater : not sure, something from TJMaxx

Monday #5
Playing fast and loose with the dress code at work, lets
call these printed twills, since jeans are not allowed

Ended up wearing the Prada. I really wanted the Jeffery
Campbell to work, but somehow they just didn’t seem right.

Wide leg pants…Hmmm, this needed something.
Pants: Talbots
Sweater: Magaschoni
Shoes: peter Kaiser
Thursday #8
This blazer is an almost orphan, I wear it a lot when I 1st
got it, then gradually wore it less and less, but I was not ready to get rid of
it. Reached for it today, because it was raining and I wanted something to
brighten the day. I think this
will become part of my go to items.
Pants: Eileen Fischer
Blazer: Paul and Joe for Target
Boots: Cole
Hahn
Thanks for looking.
Any of these you wouldn’t repeat? Many of these items are
years old, any that you would retire. Suggestions to make these outfits
better? Ways to bring these looks
to the next level?
