I took your pep talks to heart last night and put together an outfit for today that was out of my comfort zone. I went for the chunky sweater/pencil skirt combo.
It's kind of difficult to tell in these photos, but my skit is a grey/taupe/black/cream speckle print, and my tights and boots are dark brown.

Tights: Target
Boots: DSW
Necklace: Thrifted
I am definitely going to take another look in my closet after all of your suggestions and see if I can mix things up a bit. Because I am definitely bored with my "uniform".
