The weather turned overnight, and we woke up to a wonderfully rainy October day with a high in the upper 40s (9C). I'm really happy to be wearing this burgundy wool skirt for my day in the library. It was about a size too big for me at the start of the season, but I had the waist taken in, and now it's brilliant again! I'm sad that Talbots no longer sells this style, because I was hoping to acquire a second one, in black, this year.

With the exception of the tights and my new Misfit Shine, everything is from last year or earlier. Sorry my photos are so terrible. I tried to lighten them up, but it's dark today, and my good camera is out of battery! Comments and suggestions welcome, if you can see details well enough.
