Excuse the bad photo with messy background. We went to a local (small) dinner theater with another couple. Our tickets were held over from last year when they weren’t open. Felt very safe in that all staff except performers kept on masks, tables were spread out, and even many of the patrons redonned masks after their dinner which is the rule, but lots of people ignore. This felt much nicer than the crowded, noisy pizza place we went to a few weeks ago, that just about shocked me, where we were seated near the door, the unmasked staff chummed with the customers coming and going, and it was a low ceiling, elderly building with the green shag carpeted walls remaining from my college days. Needless to say we will not repeat that experience in the near future.

Old (like new) black sweater. I’ve saved this through a few long duster sweater cardigan trends, frankly, and sometimes it’s just right. Sparkly teal sweater purchased on clearance in January 2020, never had an opportunity to wear it until now. Silver and white jewelry, a few years old. Houndstooth check pants purchased this fall.

Happy New Year, everyone. Stay safe, healthy, content and connected.
