WIW new tops - YouLookFab Forum

I have been having a hard time readjusting to regular life, for obvious and less obvious reasons, but have managed to start taking some WIW pictures.

#1 features one of my NY consignment purchases, a Marni top. I was attracted to the colors and the cool cotton material.
#2 I ordered the Pleione crossover top in black and white and white after seeing it on other forum members here. Very pleased with it! Also wearing my Ceit twin shoes.
#3 Zara purchases: black and white oxfords (wave to Suz) and light blue cotton top (Denise and others). I also picked up the top in white.

What do you think of these tops? I am trying to restrict myself only to tops I love and get rid of the rest. All comments welcome - thanks for looking!

I can hardly get past your fabulous shoes to comment on the tops! I love the white Birks, the shoes in #2 are INCREDIBLE and the black and white oxfords in #3 are a fab touch. When a person is wearing shoes this fab, the rest of the outfit hardly matters (to me)!

But the tops look great, too. The colours in #1 are great on you. The top in #2 is my fave of the bunch (the whole outfit, actually), but the top in #3 is also very flattering in both cut and colour.

She is,you are a master at commanding your style. Others may have worn these tops very differently, but you have made each your own. It's hard to pick a favorite but mine is #1. The way your sandals echo the shirt pattern blows me away.

Three fab outfits Shevia. All with a different vibe, but all very you. I wish that top (#3) had worked for me - I tried it in white, but it was not a good match. Looks great on you though!

Thank you for all the top and shoe love! The white loafers and the oxfords were both Zara sale buys and I think the white loafers at least are still available. Not that I am enabling or anything :-)!

Oh, I love the first top because it's a print! Are the shorts olive or taupe? This looks like the white and brown love from Angie's blog post this morning. You look terrific Jaime, and I love that white cross body bag as well!

Great tops! I love the print of the first one along with you, it's fabulous and has such a lovely soft color palette. The Pleione top looks super, and the shorts in that outfit are soooo perfect. The length, the fit, the whole works. And that last top is SUCH a fun shape! I love it with the baggy long shorts, what a fun pairing.

If I could walk out the door right this instance with everything in #2, I would be a happy woman. You look so gorgeous with your hair, that hat, those shoes, that big white bag, gah - I can't stand it. All three outfits are standouts to me, and that Marni top deserves a special padded hanger of its own Can't wait to see what you post next!

Claire I also noticed the similarity between the top and the one on Angie's ensemble post - and my next outfit with it will certainly have white bottoms. I would call those shorts tan but the color in the top seems taupe to me and it matches the tan well. Taupey Tan? Taune?
