I had a lot of luck yesterday at the thrift store. A pair of fitted/skinny black trousers or jeans have been on my shopping list this fall, and yesterday I found a pair originally from COS. They are side zipped and have a small back pocket only. A wide hidden waistband ensures no muffin top issues. The fit is great, and the quality is a very comfortable cotton twill with stretch. It doesn't seem to bag out at all, so I'm very pleased! They will come in handy when I need something to tuck into boots later in winter.

Lucky find #2 is a pair of snake patterned pumps in mustard/brown and black. Normally I avoid peep toes, but the hole in these are so small that my toes don't get pinched at all. I also think wearing tights will be ok with these. The comfort is superb, and the fit is perfect. They are by a brand I normally never can afford, but always lust after when I see the shops. It is Enzo Poli, Norwegian/Italian I think.

I've paired these pieces with a white, yellow and grey floral shirt from J Crew, and a cardigan that I inherited from DH's closet. I know, I know, pumps for working at home is a bit over the top, but I'm also firmly on Team Wear. My happiness level is rocketing today!

What do you think about the colors, proportions etc? Any and all comments are most welcome. Thanks!
