My big Boston purchase (with Suz) was this Reiss jacket. Deep dark blue, blessed by Angie. The best thing about it is that it fits a rectangular body with no waist or bust. Suz and I both tried just about every jacket Ted Baker had to offer and it was almost comical how we could not get them to work. (I have this same problem with Nanette Lapore, and it truly makes me envy all of you hourglass women with your breasts and sloping lines.) But at Reiss, they seem to realize that some women just aren't built that way!
So when I saw Suz try this on, and saw how gloriously it fitted her, I knew I had to give it a go ... and then, there was no turning back.
Here it is dressed down, with untucked Dalmatian print shirt, Kut skinnies, and Cons. (ETA: Pardon the socks. Still only 30 degrees this morning.)
Off to my shared office space feeling quite fab.
