So this was supposed to be my "summer" sweater, but given that summer here is generally way too hot and sticky for even a holey linen blend sweater... I really didn't feel inspired to finish it up until late September. Oops. The upside is of course that it's the perfect weather to wear it now.
Anyway, it's made from a rustic linen/cotton blend yarn in an arrowhead lace pattern. I went for a kind of 90's look today by popping it over a navy dress and pairing with cutout combat boots with grey socks. I'm liking the current trend for visible socks - it makes these cutout boots a lot easier to wear.
